EXCHANGES: Most exchanges are due to incorrect measurements. PLEASE MEASURE YOUR DOG CAREFULLY!
If you do need to exchange an item, please return the item within 10 days of the receipt in new, unused, clean condition. Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange. Buyer pays the return shipping. Please include the packing slip (or a copy), along with a note explaining the reason for the return and the new size needed. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a refund, if meeting the terms below.
